Paraplanner and Financial Services Administrator
Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting both an experienced Paraplanner and Financial Services Administrator to join our expanding team in Stockton on Tees.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team both as a Paraplanner and a Financial Services Administrator. Established over 30 years ago, we look after over £170m of clients’ funds under management, specialising in pensions, pension transfers, corporate employee benefits, SIPPS, SSASs, investments and IHT planning. You will join our dedicated team of 16 staff, becoming part of our client servicing team.
Paraplanner Working closely with our 4 private client advisers and under the supervision of our Head of Paraplanning, you will provide paraplanning support to help ensure the smooth running of our Private Client department. You will be required to liaise with the adviser on client cases, providing research to assist in the production of recommendations. You may be required to attend client meetings and will provide back office support by liaising with clients, administering clients plans and utilising our back-office system. You will be required to prepare suitability reports along with supporting documentation.
Financial Services Administrator Working closely with the Head of Paraplanning, you will have experience of working within a busy financial services company, initially providing administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of our SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension) and SSAS (Small Self-Administered Schemes) department. This specialised area provides an interesting and varied role. You will also be required to attend client meetings and will provide back office support by liaising with clients, administering clients plans and utilising our back-office system.

Paraplanner salary £24,000-£30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Financial Services Administrator £20,000-£24,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
To be considered, candidates MUST:
Paraplanner must be Diploma qualified or working towards Diploma status;
Paraplanner must have experience in a similar role, specifically suitability report writing, research, processing new business and supporting advisers;
Financial Services Administrator must have experience in a similar role.

Be well organised and pay attention to detail;
Have excellent numerical and problem solving skills;
Have excellent ability to build rapport and liaise with clients in a professional and polite manner.
